This website and my coaching services are operated by Shelina Rose, based in British Columbia, Canada.
For the purposes of applicable privacy legislation, I am responsible for the personal information collected through my website and coaching practice.

Coaching information and confidentiality
Coaching conversations may involve personal or sensitive information.

There may, however, be limited circumstances in which disclosure is required or permitted by law, including where there is a legal obligation to provide information or where disclosure is necessary in response to a serious and imminent risk of harm.
More detailed information about confidentiality and the nature of the coaching relationship may also be included in the coaching agreement provided to clients.
Booking appointments
I use Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage appointments.
When you book an appointment, you may be asked to provide information such as your name, contact details and responses to booking or intake questions. This information is processed through Acuity in order to arrange and administer your appointment.
Acuity/Squarespace processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe.
When you make a payment, payment information is processed by Stripe and/or the booking platform rather than directly by me. I do not intend to store your full credit or debit card details myself.

Website hosting and analytics
This website is hosted by Squarespace.
Squarespace may collect information about visitors to enable the website to operate and to provide website analytics. This may include information about your browser, network and device, your IP address, pages you visit, referring websites and information about how you interact with the site.
I use this information to understand how visitors use my website and to help improve it.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Others may be used for analytics and performance purposes to help me understand how visitors use the site.
