For many years, I have worked with people engaged in meditation and contemplative practice. While these traditions can offer profound wisdom and support, there are times when questions, doubts, challenges and uncertainties arise that are not always easy to explore within established frameworks or communities.
You may be reflecting on your meditation practice, questioning long-held assumptions, navigating difficulties within a spiritual organisation, exploring the relationship between practice and everyday life, or seeking a deeper understanding of what growth, freedom and authenticity mean for you.
These conversations provide a safe, open and non-judgemental space to explore your experience, values, beliefs and questions without pressure to conform to a particular ideology, tradition or viewpoint.
Together, we can reflect on the challenges and opportunities of spiritual practice, the integration of insight into daily life, and the ways in which contemplative wisdom can support a life of meaning, compassion and genuine flourishing.
A Short note:
I spent over 30 years in a Theravada Vipassana meditation tradition many of those years as a teacher. As my practice and understanding evolved I chose to continue my journey independently benefitting from other sources of guidance such as the Pali suttas as well as my own inner compass.
